🧡 Ginger, along with her husband Craig, has raised three children. She cherished the years of volunteering at her children’s school and is now excited to bring that same spirit of service to Love’s Reflection. Ginger looks forward to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. She lives by her favorite motto: “Always have a positive attitude.”

Katie Reardon
🧡 I’m Katie – a proud adoptive mama, pediatric occupation therapist, dog mama of two, proud alum of Alpha Omicron Pi, and passionate travel planner. Before focusing solely on pediatrics, I worked across the life stage in mental health, which deepened my understanding of the human experience and the importance of meaningful partnerships connection.

Madalynn Anderson
🧡 From the moment she was diagnosed with a glomuvenous malformation at just two years old, Madalynn Anderson’s life has been shaped by resilience, authenticity, and a deep desire to create change. Living with a visible birthmark on her face, she experienced early the sting of being misunderstood. She’s been asked if she’d been hurt, called names by those too young to know better, and made to feel like an outsider in her own skin. See More >>>

🩵 Susan’s life path has been one of service and volunteering. Throughout her life, she has spent time volunteering with children, seniors and animals in need. With Love’s Reflection, she has identified areas in which she would like to continue to make a difference including work with children, grant writing and program development. See More >>>
Tracy Balmer
🧡Tracy has been involved as a healthcare worker for over 35 years. Her passion for helping others, in addition to truly wanting to make a difference in people’s lives is part of what drew her to join in volunteering with Love’s Reflection. Tracy has also been an energy worker for over 20 years, using holistic healing to also help others navigate their journey of life.  She holds true to the saying “ be the light to help guide others”. Laura Sifferlin
🩵Laura Sifferlin grew up in Shelby, Ohio, and now resides in Powell, Ohio. She is a professional photographer specializing in commercial, portrait, and marketing photography. Since college, Laura has worked with firms in Chicago, Fort Wayne, and Columbus, Ohio, before launching her own photography business. See More >>>
Greg Gibbins
🧡Greg Gibbins is a 26-year veteran of the United States Navy whose service was guided by the Navy’s core values of honor, courage, and commitment. Following his military career, he continued his dedication to service as a civil servant with the Department of the Navy for twelve years before retiring in 2025.
A devoted father and grandfather, Greg makes family a priority in his life and remains grounded in his faith in God. He has a  heart for service beyond his professional career.
In retirement, Greg looks forward to serving his local community by volunteering with organizations such as Love’s Reflection.

🩵Christina brings over 30 years of banking experience and a lifelong commitment to service. As a mother of four, she understands the importance of strong foundations, both at home and in the community. Her passion lies in helping others thrive, whether through financial education, mentorship, or community engagement. She is deeply committed to making a lasting impact through her nonprofit involvement.
Jim Blaker
🧡Jim Blaker is passionate about serving others and making a positive impact within his community. Known for his honest, hardworking, and compassionate nature, Jim believes in treating people with kindness, respect, and understanding in every aspect of life.
As a fiancé, father, and youth football coach, Jim has always enjoyed mentoring and encouraging young people both on and off the field. Coaching has given him the opportunity to help build confidence, character, and teamwork in the lives of local kids while creating meaningful connections with families throughout the community. Kelsey Edwards
🩵Kelsey Edwards is a devoted mother with five children combined with her fiancé, heart for serving children and families in her community. With years of experience as a preschool teacher and youth coach, she has always been passionate about creating a positive impact in the lives of young people. Kelsey’s compassion for families facing difficult circumstances is deeply personal, as her sister-in-law was a childhood cancer survivor. That experience helped shape her desire to support and encourage others walking through similar journeys. Through Love’s Reflection, Kelsey hopes to continue serving with kindness, compassion, and a genuine love for helping children feel supported, valued, and never alone.
