Brent Smith graduated from Northwood University in 2013 with a double major in Automotive Marketing and Business Management, earning his bachelor’s degree. While he attended Northwood, he was a founding father of Alpha Sigma Phi’s award winning Zeta Zeta Chapter. Today, he serves as Vice President of Craig Smith Chevrolet, Craig Smith RV, and Craig Smith Mahindra. In 2024, Brent was honored with RV Pro Magazine’s prestigious 40 Under 40 award, being recognized as the top Dealer Principal in the nation under 40 years old. That same year, he was elected Chairman of his RV 20 Group—an exclusive network of 20 leading RV dealers from across the country who meet quarterly to share ideas, strategies, and support.
Since early 2022, Brent has served as a vigil volunteer for Avita Home Health and Hospice, offering comfort and presence to patients and families in their final moments. This profound experience inspired him to found Love’s Reflection, a nonprofit dedicated to bringing compassion, hope, and support to people around the world. Brent sees this work as a calling from God, guiding him to help others on a global scale.
In early 2025, Brent began writing a book exploring faith, spirituality, and the signs we receive from loved ones who have passed. When published, all proceeds will go directly to Love’s Reflection to further its mission of helping those in need.
Brent and his wife, Brandy, have been married since 2018 and are the proud parents of two boys, Christopher and Owen. In his free time, Brent enjoys top-down drives, traveling, deepening his spiritual journey, and lending a hand to those who need it most.
Brandy Smith, a native of Shelby, Ohio, is a graduate of Shelby High School and earned her Registered Nursing degree from Marion Technical College in 2019. She brings a wide range of healthcare experience to Love’s Reflection, including work with handicapped youth, outpatient hospice as a private caregiver, and inpatient care in oncology, hospice, and post-operative recovery for endoscopy at OhioHealth Hospital.
Brandy is passionate about using her skills and compassion to support others through Love’s Reflection. She is married to Brent Smith, and together they have two children, Christopher and Owen. In her free time, Brandy enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family.
Bill Holtry graduated with a BS in business, accounting and education from Shippensburg University. He retired after 36 years as a VP of Enrollment Management at DeVry University. Prior to DeVry, Bill served as Owner and General Manager Meximillian’s, Swiss Haus & Nordic Village and Regional Director, Howard Johnsons throughout a multi-state region. In 1983, he won the World’s Best BBQ Sauce competition and several years later created a successful BBQ/Mustard business with his wife Susan.
He was the creative talent, founder and fundraiser behind Yankee Doodle Days, an organization dedicated solely to raising money for non-profit organizations in Madison, Ohio and was the VP of fundraising for the Cleveland Chapter of Cystic Fibrosis at Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital. Successful fundraisers included Buck-A-Cup and Tree of Life.
In 2005, Bill founded the Knick Knack Golf Tour, an organization committed to raising funds for the Payne Stewart Foundation in which more than $400,000 has been raised. Most recently, Bill authored “Here, There & Everywhere” in which he shares amazing interactions of what he refers to as a clarification of reality. With Love’s Reflections, he looks forward to making a difference in the lives of all we connect with.
Bill has four children and seven grandchildren. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing and golf.
Cathy Sapp is from Ontario, OH and graduated from Ontario High School. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Ashland University in 2008 and most recently Masters of Business Administration with a Specialization in Healthcare Management from Franklin University in 2023. She is the Executive Director of Avita Home Health & Hospice – a role she has held since 2019. Prior to that she worked as a direct patient care nurse for Avita Home Health & Hospice, a Registered Nurse at MedCentral Health System (now Ohio Health), a Patient Care Assistant at MedCentral Health System and an employee of Richland Family Practice.
She currently serves on the Richland Public Health Board of Health and the Ontario Youth Sports Board. She previously served on the American Red Cross Richland Leadership Council and is running for Ontario Local Schools School Board in November 2025.
Cathy’s experiences align with Love’s Reflection’s mission to help and unite. She looks most forward to impacting the lives of others through acts of compassion and giving.
Cathy is married to her high school sweetheart, Troy. They have two teenage daughters who attend Ontario Local Schools. In her spare time, she enjoys watching her daughters’ various activities, traveling, cooking and attending concerts.
Don Hoover serves as Of Counsel at Weldon, Huston and Keyser LLP, where he previously held the role of Managing Partner. From 1987 to 1999, he served as the Presiding Judge of the Mansfield Municipal Court, leading with integrity and a strong commitment to justice.
Don holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ashland College, with majors in Economics and Finance, and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Akron School of Law.
His dedication to community service is reflected in his current board positions with the North Central State College Foundation and Richland Academy of the Arts, as well as his past service on the boards of Third Street Community Health Services and The Center for Individual and Family Services.
A devoted father of four and grandfather of eleven, Don is deeply passionate about helping those less fortunate. He has worked extensively to support access to essential services such as dental, medical, and psychological care. His involvement with Love’s Reflection is a natural continuation of this lifelong mission.
Through his legal expertise and experience in guiding nonprofit organizations, Don brings both strategic insight and a heart for service to the board. He looks forward to helping Love’s Reflection provide compassionate support to children, teens, and seniors in their times of greatest need.
Kelly Coley is from Ontario, OH and graduated from Ontario High School. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with specializations in Accounting & Finance from Bowling Green State University in 2007. She has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2008 and has been employed by Kleshinski, Morrison & Morris, LLP for 17 years. Previously she worked for Gilmore, Jasion & Mahler, LTD in Maumee, OH.
Kelly currently serves as the Chair of the Endowment Board at First Congregational Church.
She is passionate about helping others and is looking forward to making a positive difference in people’s lives through compassion and giving.
Kelly and her husband, Tyler, have three sons that attend Ontario Local Schools and are involved in a variety of sports and other activities. In her spare time, she enjoys attending her children’s events, traveling, reading and spending time with her family.
Tammy Thompson is the Executive Director of Changing Lives Foundation, where she leads efforts to provide immediate, short-term support to individuals and families facing catastrophic circumstances. She is deeply committed to showing up when it matters most, ensuring that every dollar is handled with transparency, integrity, and purpose.
With over 30 years of experience, Tammy brings a strong background in fundraising, donor relations, strategic growth, and community engagement—consistently turning vision into meaningful action. She has a proven ability to cultivate lasting relationships, build trust with donors, and expand awareness through clear, compelling communication.
Known for her ability to connect people to purpose, Tammy leads with both heart and discipline. She is deeply committed to accountability, collaboration, and creating lasting impact. Faith-driven and family-oriented, she believes in the power of bringing people together with intention to be a source of hope for others.
